PRIVACY

Share only what you choose.

This policy describes what Ohio Moto Crashes collects, why, and how to ask for access or deletion.

What we collect

How inquiries are delivered

An inquiry is sent only to the practice you select. It is not broadcast to multiple firms and it is not sold. If the practice has a published contact email, the inquiry is delivered there. If delivery is not possible, it is queued for operator review and the status is shown in your account. Do not include medical records, case narratives, or identification documents in the public inquiry form.

Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie for sign-in and CSRF protection. Your shortlist and comparison selections are stored in your browser’s local storage, not in a marketing profile. We do not currently run advertising pixels or third-party analytics on inquiry or account pages.

Service providers

We use hosting and email delivery providers to operate the site and deliver inquiries. Those providers process data on our behalf. If an email provider is used, the inquiry content is transmitted to that provider for delivery. We do not authorize providers to use inquiry content for their own marketing.

Retention

Inquiry and correction records are retained while needed to operate the directory, respond to requests, and meet legal obligations. Server logs are retained for a limited security window. You can ask us to delete an inquiry or account record; we may retain a minimal record where required by law or to resolve a dispute.

Your choices

You can browse without an account. You can clear your shortlist on this device at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email hello@ohiomotocrashes.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We do not sell personal information.

Children

The directory is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us and we will review it.

Changes

We will update this policy when our practices change and will post the revised date here.
